Ibn Samaak (R.A)

Your deeds are responsible for your miseries.

Do not keep hope of blessing/forgiveness till you treat your good deeds little.

To praise one’s own deed is bitter vanity.

If you want permanent blessing of Allah then treat old like father, young like brother, and women like sisters.

Poverty is better than arrogance.
