Mother’s Heart

Mother’s Heart
Aya.z Au Shaikh, XI
Mother’s heart is like a river,
Mother’s heart is like a universe,

How much she will spend,
Cannot be told in verse.
Mother’s love is like a big,
field where only and only,
Greenery and greenery yields.
Mother’s heart is like a drop of rain,
Where it falls it enriches,
Mother is a beautiful gift of God,
So we should be grateful to our God.

Never to be Discouraged
Fahad Shah, Class XI (Pre-Engg.)
Never show an omen of discouragement Happy and smiling forever dear be you, Dejection seals your spirit, it’s impediment Of down fall which does draw a clear clue:
Life is artifact full of howling hurdles,
That forces man to fall, and too much hinder,
But muscles of vigor acquaint obstacles,
Rise, fall; fall, rise not learn to surrender.
Though fate flares out to them with cruelty, Yet slumber or shake’s not seen in their dare,
“Never to be discouraged” is my advice,
Be you rock in any life’s knot.

 Praise God
Ghamshad Au, Xli
Praise Allah,
The One who turns dust,
Into field of corn, Who blooms roses, In a nest of thorns.
Praise Allah,
The one who turns day,
Into a twilight night,
Who raises trees,
To theft utmost height.
Praise Allah,
The one who turns silence,
Into a nightingale’s song,
Who tells us,
What is right and wrong,
Praise Allah,
The one and only.

The Care
Majid Bhutto, XI
Listen, listen to the care’s real cost,
Listen and amply fasten your life’s lace,
An old pithy adage, pithily so says:
“A kingdom may be lost by neglecting
To replace a nail in the horse’s shoe.”
 This how happens, I’m expatiating:
For want of a nail, is lost horse’s shoe.
For a shoe’s want, the horse’s rein is lost
And for the horse’s want so is rider.
Look, look, look how it’s going to flow fast
And kingdom’s lost, for want of the rider.
Learn the lesson how rein from hands slipped,
So you grieve the thing, by you that is dropped.

The Hopes in Life
Raza-ul-Mustafa, VIII
There’s no longer the desire,
But the hope has persisted.
No more the destiny waits,
But the outline is eluded.
Collapsed are the thoughts,
 But memories remain vivid.
The clock ticks away life,
But the keys are due to be fitted.
Space conquers everything,
But the hopes in life are not wilted.

Books
Faisal Raza Tunic, IX
Books are kind,
And entertain our mind.
Helping us to learn,
In science about fungi and germ.
I have a book about the moon and sun,
It tells how the stars move, and,
How the thunders boom.
Books are our best friend,
Who never let us drive down,
For whenever we study the books,
 We always get a crown.

Time
Mad Shaikh, XII
Ah whirl of time. It has always left me far behind,
Time, the past the present, the future all merged,
In a river, the river of life, the river of eternity.
Have you ever been bitten by the snake of loneliness?
The snake of loneliness, lives, where the time
Darkens and gets cold, it bites us all often
And its venom lives in the memories of dullness.
And yes, the lake of joy! Have you ever tested it
When the time shines in the bright hot sun?
And lives forever in the brightest part of mind.
What is time and-where is time? I just don’t know
It passes by me all day and all night but
I just can’t catch it is too fast for me!
Minute after minute, day after day, year after year
It passes so quickly even faster than light.
